REFUND
We process refunds when the issue originates from our side. If the problem stems from your end, a refund cannot be issued. Our team carefully evaluates each case individually to determine eligibility.
Please note that return shipping charges are 500 PKR and will be deducted from your refund amount.
RETURN/EXCHANGE
We offer a 4 day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition with all tags attached and unused.
For exchanges, the customer covers return shipping costs. If the issue is on our end, we'll cover all delivery charges. Otherwise, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
First, send us a photo of your order name and the clear jersey you wish to return on whatsapp

We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
You will need to drop off the parcel at your nearest Leopard Courier office. The courier charges for sending the parcel back to us will be your responsibility, as mentioned in return/exchange policy
If the issue is on our end, we will cover all return shipping charges.
